The Uganda National Examination Board is set to release the final batch of results of the 2020 candidates. The examination board will tomorrow release the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education results at a function that will be presided over by the Minister of Education and Sports, Hon Janet Museveni.
“The Minister for Education and Sports, Hon.
@JanetMuseveni, will tomorrow Friday August 21, officially release the outcome of the 2020 Educn (#UACE2020) results. The scientific function will take place at State House Nakasero, starting at 12:00 Noon” the examination board tweeted.
UNEB has urged Head teachers to ensure that they receive and carefully go through the results report any errors within a period of 15 days.
“Heads of Centres are advised to scrutinize the results of their candidates and submit any queries or amendments electronically to the Board through their portals, not later than fifteen working days after the release of the results,” UNEB said.
UNEB registered a total of 98,392 candidates for the 2020 UACE examination from 1, 952 Centres. 42% of these were females while 58% of were males. 208 candidates had special needs requirements and were given the required assistance by the UNEB
