Uganda, Somalia Defense Ministers meet in Mogadishu. The Minister of State for Defense Col (Rtd) Charles Okello Engola and Hassan Ali Mohamed, the State Minister of Defense of Federal Government of Somalia on Monday held a gathering planned for improving respective relations in protection matters.
