Sharif Kimbowa joins Wakiso Giants

The StarTimes Uganda Premier League side Wakiso Giants have unveiled Sharif Kimbowa.

The former Busoga United forward joins Wakiso Giants as their second signing in the ongoing transfer window.

His unveiling and confirmation was made official on Tuesday 14th September, via the club’s social media accounts.

Sharif Kimbowa is said to have signed a three-year employment contract with the Purple Sharks.

It will keep him at the club for the next three years.

He becomes the latest and second official signing for the Purple Sharks.

Kimbowa joins former Express FC winger Frank Ssenyondo, who recently joined the club at the start of this month.

He has previously had stints at Synergy FC, Nkumba University, Doves FC and Lungujja Galaxy.

Wakiso Giants finished 9th with 36 points from 26 games last season.

They released four players in Kipson Atuhaire, Swaib Mudde, Amos Muwonge and Yasin Mugume.
