The FUFA Referees Disciplinary Panel has has suspended Kaddu Ali for two weeks.
Kaddu was suspended from officiating Uganda Premier League (UPL) matches effective December 1.
However, Kaddu is allowed to officiate matches in other Uganda football leagues.
The referee is accused of inexplicably ruling out URA striker Steven Mukwala’s goal against Tooro United.
However, it looked a clean and legitimate one.
In his defence, Ali argued he ruled out the goal because Mukwala intimidated a Tooro United FC defender, who then left the ball for the striker to score.
The panel rejected the explanation from the referee.
It went on to establish that there was no protest from the opposing players of Tooro United.
The panel found that the referee was poorly positioned and did not use the services of the assistant referee.
