Female singer Tracy Kirabo better known by her stage name Pia Pounds has finally come out to reveal the real reason she quit Eddy Kenzo’s Big Talent.
It should be recalled that the singer got to be known under the label.
She however didn’t spend a lot of time there as she quit the label.
During an interview, the Tupaate hit maker said that the label did little to clean her public image.
This was after allegations that Kenzo who was by then married to Rema was shafting her.
It was even rumored that her presence in Big Talent was unwelcome by Rema which saw her pushed out.
Pia says that these baseless allegations were not addressed satisfactorily thus moving out.
“I left Big Talent Entertainment because it was killing my brand. I was surrounded by darkness, but I remain grateful to the label and Kenzo,” she said.
Pia Pounds however said that she’s grateful to Eddy Kenzo and the label for the platform given to her.
The duo last year remixed her Tupaate song which went on to perform relatively well on different streaming sites.
She so far has a new song titled Wuuba that is currently doing well.
