Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed that Tottenham’s 7-2 thrashing by Bayern is the most difficult to accept. However, he urged for “calm” and “no rush analysis”.
Former Arsenal man Serge Gnabry stole the show of the night as he scored four goals past spurs. This was the first time Tottenham conceded seven goals in a major tournament at home.
Meanwhile, Mauricio Pochettino urges football fans not to give a rash assessment on a very disappointing night for the club.
“Now is a moment to be calm and not make a mistake,” Pochettino said. “After a result like today, stay calm. We all know how we feel, very disappointed, the feelings, of course, are not so good.
“It is tough. I feel so bad because we faced a heavy defeat of seven goals. I feel so disappointed and so is everybody,” he added. But we have to really face this type of situation.
