King Saha gets Bobi Wine’s blessing in UMA presidential bid

Vocalist and singer Mansour Ssemanda seems to be having an upper hand in the race for the Uganda Musicians Association presidential bid.

This is after he got endorsed and blessed by influential singer and politician Bobi Wine.

Saha had his endorsement papers signed by both Bobi Wine and King Saha.

“Thank you H.E Bobi Wine. Thank you Nubian Li.
I appreciate every moment we shared today and I promise you serve better.

The growth of UMA might be a long journey but I believe, ‘United’ shall get there.

KING SAHA FOR UNITY AND TRANSPARENCY.”

Saha has so far got endorsed by some of the biggest musicians in the industry.

The likes of A pass, Sheebah Karungi, Ykee Benda, Gravity Omutujju, Dr Jose Chameleone and now Bobi Wine have all expressed their support towards King Saha.

This will likely help him as it has placed him the favorite and above his fellow competitors.

These include the likes of Cindy Sanyu who has been the Association’s president after Ykee Benda stepped down for the last two years and Daddy Andre.

Meanwhile Maurice Kirya quit the race after having decided to follow Bebe Cool’s advice and run for the office. Kirya says that he won’t be able to make it back in time to Uganda due to the COVID-19 protocols.
