Stanbic Bank has appointed Kenneth Agutamba as the in-charge of her reputation and communication.
Previously, the position was held by Cathy Adengo who has been transfered to the position of Head of Sustainability at the bank while henceforth, Agutamba shall manage both the bank’s reputation and Communications.
“Kenneth will be responsible for executing our corporate communications strategy, sponsorships and implementing stakeholder engagement initiatives to support delivery of the business strategy,” read the bank’s official sttatement in part
Kenneth Agutamba holds a 10 year experience in the multi-sector experience of business journalism, strategic media relations, stateholder engagement, communication and knowledge management.
His skills know no boundaries as he has experience in various skills which include banking, international development as well as in the field of diplomatic missions.
Previously, Mr. Agutamba worked as a communication manageu for Palladium Group which succeeded his role as a mainstream business journalist and columnist in Uganda’s South-Western neighbor of Rwanda.

He also so happens to hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Uganda Christian University, Kampala, an M.A in International Communication from Communication University of Beijing, china and is a News Literacy Fellow of Stony Brook University School of Journalism (New York, USA).
