First things first, who is Kajjubi Fred Lumbuye?
Kajjubi Fred Lumbuye alias Chemical Ali ias a Ugandan social media influencer, Blogger, Youtuber and political activist who always criticizes incumbent President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni… Additionally, he calls him Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Lutesirwa Mutabaani Wakalekezi while doing his Facebook LIVES.
Chemical Ali is based in Turkey where he tries to look for green pastures to ensure his family acquires a better life. Many people have known Lumbuye as a strong man “atatya bidu duma” calling him their teacher because they believe in everything he says.
He is one person who criticizes the ruling government from A up to Z without any respect to it. Additionally, he even once dared to get into the ring with President Museveni without the help of the SFCs something that many social media in-laws didn’t like (more so those from the NRM camp).
Chemical Ali has been identified by some people as a Whistle blower while Kyadondo East MP and shadow Foreign Minister – Muwanda Nkunyingi described him as a ‘Human Rights Activist’.
Kajjubi Fred Lumbuye’s Arrest
This has been the talk on different social media platforms since the 4th of August 2021. This is when the news of his arrest by the Turkish Police went viral on social media platforms. The following day, State Minister for Foreign Affairs Okello Oryem revealed to the press that time that Lumbuye was to deported to Uganda. This called for quick attention from the red camp because they really never ever wanted their man to get back to the country… Therefore Shadow Minister of Foreign Affairs Hon. Muwanda Nkunyingi confirmed the news and dispatched a team led by Mityana Municipality MP Francis Zaake to bargain with Turkish authorities to have him released and to cancel extradition plans.
Lumbuye’s was arrested on allegations of having an expired passport and overstaying in Turkey beyond time stipulated on his visa. Immediately the government of Uganda got in touch with the government of Turkey to have him deported and handed to the Ugandan authorities.

Despite pleas from human rights activists, intervention of Hon. Zaake Francis and pressure from the public, the Republic of Turkey looks committed towards extradition of Lumbuye who will be handed over to Ugandan authorities.
Hon. Muwanda Nkunyingi reported on August 6 that Lumbuye had boarded Turkish Airlines and was expected to land on Entebbe Airport on wee hours of August 7. However the landing of Lumbuye in Uganda has not been verified by this website and the government has not yet given a report which makes it likely that Lumbuye is either still in Turkey or on Transit.
Should Lumbuye be brought to Uganda, he will be taken to courts law and charged with various cases including spreading harmful propaganda, promoting sectarianism, defamation and etc.
Kajjubi Fred Lumbuye has never revealed his real age however social media in-laws say that he is 37 years old.
Being the fact that teacher Lumbye has spent almost the last ten years in Turkey, no one has revealed his assets yet.
