I almost ended my life over depression- Exodus

Gospel musician Exodus has come out to reveal how he almost ended his life due to depression. The singer while appearing on Sanyuka TV’S Morning Xpress with Annatalia Ozze said that people were speaking a lot about him.

This is at a time he was undergoing depression. And after overcoming it, its the reason he appeared to apologize while crying during Pastor Bugembe’s recent concert.

“Coming out to apologize came aftet I overcame depression. I once got to a point where I desired to end my life because of what people were speaking about me,” said Exodus.

Furthermore, the Ganjaman singer said that his life hasn’t been easy right from being a young kid. This is because death always followed him around.

Even after evading the streets to Pastor Robert Kayanja’s Miracle Centre Cathedral, he faced a number of challenges. These included members of the church choir hating on him. These always blocked him from stepping onto the stage.

“I grew up seeing death around me. Right from my father’s house to the streets, Death was always haunting me,” said the singer.

“When I joined Mircale Centre, I faced so many challenges, the devil used people to be against me. Members of the mass choir were against me and couldn’t allow me to step on stage,” he added.
