Uganda Cranes has kicked off the preparations for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Qualifiers with intense training.
On Saturday, the first training session was conducted in the evening at the Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.
Uganda will take on Kenya on Thursday 11th November 2021 at St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
“We need to take every match as it is and we are now focusing on the game against Kenya,” Micho said.
“They will come with pride and ready to spoil the party like they have done before against the Cranes.”
“We are preparing ourselves in the best way possible. We only ask for support from every stakeholder,” he added.
Midfielders Khalid Aucho and Moses Waiswa as well as the goalkeeping duo of Charles Lukwago and Mathias Kigonya took part in the Sunday drills.
